Sunset Park MTB Trail
Intermediate/Advanced Trail

Description:
The singletrack trail at Sunset Park (Eagle Trail) will offer significant challenges to mountain bikers and trail runners alike. Most of the trail is composed of open, flowing sections of singletrack with moderate to steep climbs that will test even the fittest athlete. Technical sections are relatively few, and can be found on the 'knob' west of the skate park, in the trees, and at 'broken stick' (look for the up/down 90 degree turn in a dense patch of Russian Olive). The trail has one bridge crossing (3 feet in width), and an optional jump near the northern turnaround point. This trail is appropriate for intermediate to advanced riders, and can be ridden in either direction.

Like most trails in the region, it's best to stay off this one when wet
-
Technical sections and lots of climbing around the 'knob,' but you'll be rewarded with a great view once you get to the top
